Summary
The Manager, Learning and Talent Development provides critical support, thought partnership and coordination across the Talent Center of Excellence including talent management, learning and talent development, talent acquisition, and diversity equity and inclusion. This role will be responsible for owning, supporting and administering key talent processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, employee recognition, performance management, and employee engagement. In addition, this role will have the opportunity to collaborate on the design of development programs such as capability modelling, use of psychometric assessments, and executive coaching engagements.
This role reports directly to the Director, Talent Management, partnering with business leaders and colleagues across all of HR globally. This individual role models our values and leadership expectations to enable the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of talent to drive business outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who excels in program management, application of talent management principles and design, strategic consultation, and cross-functional partnership to make an impact.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Partners with the Director, Talent Management to design and deliver talent solutions against a multi-year, enterprise talent strategy that supports the needs of the business
Consults with the business and HR partners to bring solutions that address business talent needs, including but not limited to development and maintenance of strategic workforce plans and design and implementation of functional capability models
Consults with North America leaders and HR Business Partners to drive effective utilization of employee recognition program
Contributes to the design, key deliverables, socialization, and measurement of the talent planning and succession management processes
Contributes to the design, key deliverables, socialization and measurement of CDK's continuous performance management cycle (inclusive of goal setting, quarterly check-in's, feedback, and the year-end review process)
Partner with various partners across the business and HR COEs including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Legal, Communications, to build best practices and capabilities that contribute to the company's overall strategic growth and transformation
Actively researches and integrates progressive talent practices to bring insights, benchmarks and best practices to CDK
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure that the scoped talent solutions (e.g. technology platforms, professional services, etc.) are providing value and that user questions and concerns are addressed.
Conducts individual and/or group coaching, assessment debriefs for employees and leaders, facilitate virtual training, and contribute to the development of asynchronous training material to support talent programs.
Embraces a data mindset, establishing data insights to measure the adoption, success and impact of human capital strategies

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in talent management, learning & talent development, organizational design and effectiveness and/or HR business partnering
Extensive experience with Workday Talent Management and Learning modules including Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Competency assessments, Career Hub/Skills Cloud, Talent Pools, and Learning Administration
Excellent written & verbal communication skills; experience in presenting to employees, multiple levels of leadership and internal stakeholders
Strong business consulting skills and HR acumen
Expertise in championing organizational and cultural change management initiatives
Proven collaboration skills with the ability to gain consensus or alignment through personal influence
Skill in interpreting comprehensive workforce data and metrics to drive decision-making and performance
Demonstrated ability to invite diverse perspectives, promote an equitable, inclusive work environment and support workforce diversity
Strong strategic planning, program and project management skills; ability to deliver through others on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to travel [approximately 10%] to achieve business objectives and support business objectives
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
