Job Summary:
Collaborating with a diverse hospitality team, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our Hospitality Department, ensuring attorneys and visitors needs are met with efficiency and care. This role reports to the Hospitality Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
Work in a team environment on daily set ups in Conference Rooms
Maintain cleanliness and inventory in all Conference Rooms, Cafes and Kitchens
Perform timely reporting on all maintenance issues on equipment with follow up
Must be a flexible and reliable team player able to work events in the evening if needed
Computer training to enhance your knowledge and skills in the role
Position Requirements/Experience/ Education:
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of any client information
Team player who can keep a positive attitude, motivate peers, and build relationships
Displays a pleasant and cheerful disposition
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in using Microsoft Office products and applications
Ability to use technology
Valid NJ Driver's License Required
Role requires physical activity throughout the day, along with the ability to lift 30 pound
