Position Overview:
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in clerical and data entry environments. The position involves reviewing and processing photo enforcement events using web-based tools. Candidates will follow clear procedures and instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, assess, and perform data entry tasks for photo enforcement program events using web-based tools.
Follow established processes and client-specific instructions to determine appropriate actions.
Adapt to procedural updates and feedback to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Meet assigned productivity and quality goals as outlined by the Processing Department.
Utilize basic computer skills to access performance reports and track progress.
Perform additional office/clerical duties as required.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to determine appropriate communication methods.
Proven ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining high-quality results.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment.
Familiarity with computer systems such as Outlook, Teams, and web browsers; willingness to learn new systems and software as needed.
Comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods while performing data entry.
