Your Role & Responsibilities As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will:
? Be the First Point of Contact for Prospective Customers
Respond to inbound inquiries from customers interested in ADUs via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
Build relationships by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and identifying the right solutions.
Guide customers through the initial sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
? Convert Warm Leads into Hot Sales Appointments
Engage with potential clients to qualify leads and schedule in-home consultations with our Outside Sales team.
Conduct outbound follow-ups with past leads to keep them engaged and move them down the sales funnel.
Overcome objections and proactively nurture relationships to increase conversion rates.
? Deliver a 5-Star Customer Experience
Maintain a customer-first attitude, ensuring timely, transparent, and professional communication.
Address customer concerns with solutions-oriented thinking, guiding them confidently through their ADU journey.
Advocate for customer needs, providing insights that enhance their buying experience.
? Leverage Technology to Track & Optimize Sales Performance
Use our CRM system to manage leads, document conversations, and track progress.
Collaborate with the Outside Sales and Marketing teams to refine engagement strategies and messaging.
Provide feedback on sales scripts, pitches, and lead qualification processes for continuous improvement.
? Achieve Sales Targets & Drive Growth
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead conversion and appointment setting.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in the customer journey.
Stay up to date on industry trends, construction processes, and company product offerings.
What You Bring to the Table ? Proven Sales & Customer Engagement Skills:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
A track record of successfully nurturing leads and closing deals.
? Exceptional Communication & Relationship-Building:
Warm, engaging, and professional approach to customer interactions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills that foster trust and rapport.
? Tech-Savvy & Organized:
Experience with CRM software (preferred) and comfort using sales tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Consultative Sales Mindset:
Ability to understand customer pain points and recommend solutions that align with their needs.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle objections and keep leads engaged.
? Construction, Home Services, or Real Estate Experience (Preferred):
Familiarity with residential construction or ADUs is a plus but not required.
? A Growth-Oriented, Team-First Attitude:

Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a larger team.
