About the Company - Our client, a corporate & investment bank in New York, NY is in search of an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary long term assignment. The successful assistant would need to be in office 5 days a week.
About the Role - Provide administrative support - expenses in Concur, calendar management, meeting/event planning, travel arrangements, preparing and printing documents, conference room booking, etc.
Responsibilities
Maintain multiple calendars in Microsoft Outlook - constructing agendas and calendar details, highlighting key events.
Coordinate meetings, meals, and video/audio conferences.
Coordinate and oversee travel plans.
Perform general administrative support
Qualifications - 3+ yrs. of expense management in Concur, 5+ experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant preferably in a corporate banking setting and 5+ yrs. calendar management in Outlook
