What you'll be doing
As an Integrated Marketing Operations Project Consultant, you'll be responsible for supporting the Integrated Marketing (IM) intake funnel and prioritization of requests by overseeing new projects from conception to assignment, as well as the ongoing evolution of process capabilities. This role manages marketing campaign intake needs and workflow management of tactics to support high-profile, large-impact marketing initiatives across all of the Value Organization brands, including Visible, Tracfone, Straight Talk, and others.
In addition to supporting IM intake and workflow, this role will also be responsible for leading IM campaigns, developing the strategy, and overseeing the execution of product/device, service, and promo marketing campaigns that create awareness, generate leads, and drive conversion.
Primary responsibilities involve joining a team of Integrated Marketers balancing creativity with go-to-market best practices, driving scale and impact. The successful candidate must be a true leader, with the ability to make recommendations on best practices, implement new ways of working, and partner with large cross-functional teams.

This role will be primarily responsible for:
Project managing a variety of incoming requests that require cross-channel integrated marketing support, Creative Execution, Retail & eTail Marketing, Digital/.com Marketing, and Media Planning;
Conduct impact assessments for each incoming request to ensure alignment with strategic business and marketing objectives and utilize those assessments to determine the next steps;
Provide guidance to requestors that will ensure the information they submit is relevant and actionable;
You will work with the Chief Revenue Organization to review intake briefs and ensure all necessary information and KPIs are captured to vet projects properly and kick off the marketing organization;
Developing a prioritization funnel to be reevaluated on a weekly basis;
Optimize speed to market: date submitted, date prioritized, and date assigned for work to commence;
Act as key stakeholder and champion for both the requestor (CRO) and the marketing execution team (CMO);
You will manage the day-to-day process and timelines of launching brand marketing campaigns;
Partner closely with other intake teams within the Value Organization to connect projects cross-functionally in a timely manner;
Develop marketing strategies and tactics that gain the interest of potential members, nurture;
high-fit prospects into members and retain those members for the long-term;
Partnering cross-functionally to gain alignment on ownership, timing, and scope of deliverables;
Ensuring commitments are delivered to the right stakeholders;
Develop and maintain marketing calendars that clearly communicate the messaging campaigns in market across marketing channels;
Develop leadership materials that clearly communicate prioritization needs and trade-offs,
using a variety of tools, including Google slides sheets;
Identify process gaps and work to continuously improve ways of working.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate is a data-focused marketer with a keen eye for details and someone who can synthesize and leverage consumer, market, and performance data to develop remarkable marketing campaigns.
Bachelor's degree or four more years of experience;
3 or more years of relevant work experience;
Program Management experience, including the development of timelines & dependencies and experience with cross-functional projects;
This person will be required to articulate needs to stakeholders and relay pertinent information to management under tight deadlines;
The ability to identify when certain situations need to be escalated and manage escalated situations;
Knowledge of a broad range of marketing communications tactics, and the ability to drive tactical owners to devise marketing support plans;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, actionable terms;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Highly motivated self-starter with a preference to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment;
Ability to evaluate new tools for automation and drive efficiencies;
Previous experience with project management tools and software such as Asana or Adobe Workfront.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience in Integrated Marketing Communications, Go-To-Market, or Project Management in a marketing or agency setting;
Project management certification;
Experience standing up new project management systems & software;
Experience in the Telecommunications or Retail Industry;
Understanding of campaign methodologies and a successful track record of measuring and delivering on performance targets;
Excellent presentation-building skills;
Experience with Asana.
