As the Project Manager (Maintenance Division) in Fort Worth, you will spearhead projects and will be on the forefront of creating and maintaining world class spaces that will leave legacies on our cities for decades to come. We are seeking a dynamic leader to take charge of projects in our Enhancements and Irrigation departments. This role requires someone skilled in managing projects from conception through completion, ensuring they not only meet but exceed our standards and client expectations. You will play a critical role in driving the success and growth of our services, directly impacting our ability to create lasting legacies in our cities.
ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of enhancements and irrigation projects, ensuring efficient execution that aligns with client goals and company standards.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring all client requirements are met with the highest standards of service.
Team Leadership: Direct and support project teams, including foremen and crew members, fostering an environment of safety, efficiency, and productivity.
Operational Coordination: Coordinate project resources, schedules, and personnel, optimizing project flow and addressing challenges proactively.
Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving strategies to enhance profitability.
Quality and Safety Oversight: Uphold exceptional quality standards in all project deliverables and maintain stringent safety protocols throughout project lifecycles.
Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of project teams and with clients, enhancing cooperation and ensuring project alignment.
Documentation and Reporting: Keep records of project progress, changes, and financials, providing regular updates to senior management.
Site Supervision: Regularly inspect project sites to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.
Innovation and Improvement: Continually seek opportunities to improve processes and techniques, enhancing the efficiency and quality of project outcomes.
