Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Specialist to support our recruiting operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate candidate and client data within our applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update candidate, client, and job information in the ATS and CRM systems.
Maintain data integrity by conducting regular audits and data cleansing activities.
Prepare candidate profiles, format resumes, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Assist recruiters by generating reports and providing data-driven insights.
Coordinate with recruiting and sales teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Manage job postings on various job boards and company platforms.
Handle confidential candidate information with discretion and professionalism.
Support administrative tasks related to recruitment processes as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support within the recruiting or staffing industry is a plus.
Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
