We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Manager/BIM Coordinator to support our BIM Director in leading and executing our company's Building Information Modeling (BIM) operations. This role will be instrumental in implementing and enforcing BIM standards and workflows to ensure project excellence and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related Autodesk platforms, with a focus on parametric content development, data management, and collaborative project delivery. You will work closely with the BIM Director to implement BIM strategy, optimize our Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment, and provide expert training and support to project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement BIM standards & workflows.
Conduct BIM model audits & quality control.
Support BIM training & knowledge transfer.
Optimize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Assist in BIM technology evaluation.
Track BIM KPIs & report performance.
Develop & implement project BIM strategies.
Manage Revit content library & templates.
Create advanced parametric Revit families.
Provide expert Revit support & troubleshooting.
Automate tasks with Dynamo (or similar).
Facilitate BIM coordination with consultants.
Create & manage Revit assemblies.
Develop LOD documentation for clients.
Qualifications:
Advanced Revit proficiency.
Parametric Revit family expertise.
LOD standards & BEP knowledge.
ACC administration experience.
BIM content management experience.
Strong communication & problem-solving.
BIM training development experience.
Automated BIM quality control skills.
Project BIM strategy support.
Architectural/Interior documentation knowledge.
5+ years BIM management/coordination experience.
