Job Description:

Seeking a Payroll Administrator to handle payroll processing and administrative duties supporting Finance and HR. This role ensures accurate payroll transactions and compliance while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Payroll:
  • Maintain payroll system records (compensation, time worked, deductions, etc.).
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws.
  • Handle payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
  • Process certified payroll reports and manage pay cards.

Benefits Administration:
  • Approve and reconcile invoices.
  • Administer 401(k) plan and HSA deposits.
  • Ensure accurate benefit deductions.

Other:
  • Manage UKG processes related to payroll and job costing.
  • Assist HR and other departments as needed.
  • Process employment verifications and AAP/EEO reporting.
