Business Systems Analyst III at Rylem Staffing in Overland Park, Kansas

Job Description:

• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability, for existing and new applications supporting various business channels
• Understand how organizations function to accomplish their purpose, and defines capabilities an organization requires to provide a service or meet their goals
• Facilitate communication between organizational units to align the needs of business units to create requirement work products for solution provider
• Plan, direct and complete the analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to be developed for delivery
• Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
• Assess system impacts, provide gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis for system or product/service-related initiatives
• Act as liaison between the user community and internal IT resources
• Plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Intermediate/Advanced SQL skills - Querying databases
• Power BI experience - Design, build, & maintain reports
• Background in lteryx - Workflow & macro proficiency
• Azure Databricks SQL / Notebook development
• Alteryx automation and rapid prototyping
• Geospatial analysis and modeling
• Data cleansing, reconciliation, & establishing quality controls (QCs)
• End-to-end (concept through implementation) delivery of quality solutions in a rapidly changing environment with limited requirements and oversight
• Experience designing reports and dashboards for all levels from working team to executive
