What You'll Do:
Lead the Vision - Shape and champion the firm's sustainability strategy, positioning them at the forefront of green innovation.
Drive Impact - Oversee sustainability engineering operations, ensuring alignment with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
Innovate & Implement - Recommend groundbreaking solutions to integrate sustainability into their processes, boosting efficiency and performance.
Educate & Mentor - Train and inspire employees, equipping them with the knowledge to incorporate sustainability into every project.
Stay Ahead of the Curve - Keep up with the latest trends, materials, and technologies to continuously elevate their sustainability game.
Certify & Elevate - Navigate LEED, WELL, Green Globes, and other sustainability certification processes to ensure their projects meet top-tier environmental standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
Engineering Expertise - B.S. in engineering (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years in consulting engineering across diverse projects.
Sustainability Know-How - LEED AP, WELL AP, or similar certifications (bonus points for experience with energy modeling using TRANE TRACE 3D).
