The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for owning and optimizing the demand generation engine that fuels our sales pipeline. This role will oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, drive marketing automation initiatives, and work closely with sales to ensure seamless lead conversion. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
  • Own marketing automation and CRM workflows to improve lead tracking, scoring, and handoff to sales.
  • Optimize paid media, SEO, content, and outbound lead generation tactics.
  • Manage email marketing sequences to nurture leads through the funnel.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, lead flow, and ROI to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales to refine ICP targeting, messaging, and qualification criteria.
  • Improve marketing attribution models and CRM data accuracy to drive better decision-making.
  • Identify new tools, tactics, and growth opportunities to scale lead generation efforts.

Ideal Skills
  • Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong background in B2B demand generation, ABM, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience running PPC, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and paid media campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, SQL (a plus), and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, segmentation, and nurture campaign best practices.
