In this role, you will:
Supervise a team of Operation Specialists responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performance
Ensure timely completion, quality and compliance within the operation area
Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects
Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to senior management
Provide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced team
Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Operations management
Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Operations
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
1+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Lockbox Processing
Leadership experience, including coaching, training, and mentoring
Adaptable and flexible coaching style which considers the needs of and learning styles of a diverse team, the operation, and line of business
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Workflow management experience
Experience engaging team and fostering strong team relationships in fast-paced operations environment
Experience managing operational teams in a production environment
Strong ability to motivate team to meet the deliverables and performance of the team, department, and LOB
Work Schedule:
10:00 am to end of shift Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and Saturday 8:00 am to end of shift
Job Expectations:
Ability to work additional hours based on business needs
Schedule flexibility to work some bank holidays as needed
Ability to lift 10+ pounds
In-office role, not eligible for remote work

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $52,900.00 - $94,100.00 Benefits
