We are seeking a dedicated IT Field Technician to provide exceptional technical support to our employees and sales agents across the nation. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring occasional on-site presence as needed. Responsibilities
Deliver in-person and remote technical support to users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
Perform on-site repairs at branch offices, maintaining high standards of service.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
Configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing equipment and software.
Set up and maintain network and telecommunication systems, addressing connectivity issues as they arise.
Utilize ticketing and hardware asset management systems effectively.
Collaborate with team members on local and national projects, contributing to technology product delivery and Agile development improvements.
Skills
Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience with mobile device support and basic network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Ivanti.
Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
Professional demeanor with a personable approach to user interactions.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided.
