We are looking for a Field Service Training Specialist to work in the Sales Department. The Field Service Training Specialist will provide technical and sales support to the Sales Department, Employees, and Agri-Fab customers.
Essential Functions
This position's essential include but are not limited to:

Assemble and inspect products for sales shows and presentations
Prepare and crate shipments for shows and special buyers
Organize and maintain shop and show sample storage area, Sales Nobin inventory, show room and special booth items
Prepare and conduct training presentation on Agri-Fab, Craftsman, Dewalt, Terra King and John Deere products
Travel to product shows, customer training seminars, and sample deliveries. Travel time (up to 40%) including some nights and weekends.
Responsible for safely loading and organizing all samples, booth items, supplies and tools for shows
Develop training material for Agri-Fab manufactured products (multiple brands) work with Sales and Marketing Team for development and implementation.
Participates in customer planning meeting, major line reviews and store walks with RSM's
Handles Small Retailer and 2-Step Dealer Accounts as assigned by VP of Sales.

John Deere, Cub Cadet and Husqvarna Dealer Direct dealer Sales at dealers, and works with OEM Sales Manager on growth initiatives to support and place outbound calls to gain sales.

Assists with IR requests (Inventory Requisition) for Finish goods, and working with Sales Analyst to maintain IR reports
Works all Sales Leads from Salesforce for consumer and dealer sales growth

Show Orders/Marketing Cage

Assemble and inspect current production products for sales shows and presentations
Prepare and Inspect crate shipments for shows and special buyers
Responsible for safely loading and organizing all samples, booth items, supplies and tools for shows
Reviews Agri-Fab show calendar to proactively plan for upcoming events.
Works closely with Order Fulfillment to order show samples
Works with Marketing and Product Engineering on all new product show sample requests.
