ECS is seeking a
Software Engineer to work
Fort Belvoir, VA.  

Office of the Administrative Assistant (OAA) to the SECARMY, Information Technology Management Office (OAA ITMO) leads solution engineering to design, build, test, deploy, sustain, and transition into production new or modernized IT business applications. OAA ITMO also manages digital records, enterprise knowledge data, data visualization, and Visual Information (graphics) services for OAA. 

Recent OAA modernization achievements include the transition of application platforms to predominately Microsoft 365 (M365) SharePoint Online, implementation of Records Management and Knowledge Management tools, sustainment of existing and development of new executive dashboards, and the creation of graphics products. ECS will work with OAA to continually refine and mature their products and functions.

ECS is looking for a Software Engineer to support OAA ITPMO to: 

• conduct or participate in multidisciplinary research and collaborate with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems software.


• Determine computer user needs; advise hardware designers on machine characteristics that affect software systems such as storage capacity, processing speed, and input/output requirements; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.

The Software Engineer will be onsite at Fort Belvoir, Virginia and
requires a SECRET clearance.
