Job Description:

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Production Operations Coordinator


Responsibilities:

• Support and execute end-to-end production workflows to ensure successful productions and high-quality guest experiences.


• Assist internal production leads with event logistics and coordination.


• Manage and engage with online guests, responding to messages promptly and authentically.


• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize guest communications, including drafting and maintaining FAQs, informing best practices, and sharing learnings with key stakeholders.


• Adopt, develop, and master internal tools, trainings, and processes to drive daily production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.


• Advocate for guests and support initiatives that enhance the overall experience for internal teams and external guests.

Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in event production, hospitality, or social media community management.


• 4+ years of management experience.


• 4+ years in a client-facing or guest-facing role.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.


• Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly and effectively.


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.


• Knowledge of creative and production workflows.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Asana.
