Job Description:

As a QA Manager you will edit and update JSL Quality Management System standard operating procedures and folders using Microsoft Word Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel. You will also organize and maintain JSL Quality Management System Information Management System using Microsoft and Microsoft Teams collect and assemble JSL Quality Management System data using Microsoft Excel and work with JSL employees in Microsoft Teams and record meeting minutes using Microsoft Word. Additionally you will maintain JSL Quality Management System Calendar using MS Outlook.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance level Secret
• Minimum 2 years working in a Quality Management System
• Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active U.S. Security Clearance level Secret
• Bachelor's Degree

Security Clearance:

Applicants may be required to have an active security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the minimum qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not be limited to criminal history employment and education verification drug testing and creditworthiness.
