Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical projects in a remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success while working with a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate resources effectively to support project teams and maintain project quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee vendor management and collaborate with external partners to enhance project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Skills

• Proven experience in leading complex technical projects with a strong track record of success.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve project impediments effectively.
• Experience in resource coordination and maintaining project quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably as an Agile Lead or Scrum Master.
• Background in eCommerce and retail environments.
• Advanced skills in meeting facilitation and composing meeting minutes.
