Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at US Horizon. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving sales growth, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with customers in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a proven ability to identify customer needs, close deals, and consistently deliver revenue growth. While technical expertise is valuable, the primary focus of this role is sales execution and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Proactively drive new business by identifying and acquiring new customers within the assigned territory.
Expand sales opportunities with existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and fostering repeat business.
Maintain a deep understanding of key markets, customer needs, and long-term growth opportunities.
Conduct a minimum of 25 face-to-face customer interactions per week to build and maintain strong relationships.
Conduct New Account development minimum of 10 face – to face interactions per week.
Field time is 5 days a week.
Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
Collaborate with the Architectural Business Development team for project-specific follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Operational Excellence & CRM Management
Accurately document all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the C4C CRM system.
Work closely with technical product teams and customer service to support quotes, order fulfillment, and post-sale activities.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Partner with the sales team and leadership to align strategies and manage key accounts effectively.
Market Development & Industry Participation
Represent US Horizon at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand the company’s reach and brand presence.
Stay informed on emerging market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Ethical Conduct & Compliance
Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Conduct all interactions with professionalism and integrity, ensuring customer trust and long-term partnerships.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall sales objectives and team success.
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in territory sales or outside sales roles.
Strong ability to build relationships, identify customer needs, and close deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver impactful sales pitches.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., C4C) and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry is a plus.
Ability to travel, overnights as well within the assigned territory and attend industry events as needed.
Must posses a CDL in good standing and posses a full time dependable vehicle.
