What You’ll Get to Do


The 1st Shift Shipping Operator is focused on safely operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials, maintain inventory and reports to the Production Supervisor.


This role is perfect for an individual who is committed, detail oriented, and a team player.  A vital member of the Shipping Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.


Job Highlights



  • Earn $20 (entry level) to $22 (experienced) per hour

  • Full Time – 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, some Saturdays 7am-12pm

Job responsibilities include:



  • Drive liquefied gas industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as a forklift

  • Must be able to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials with the forklift

  • Must maintain a clean work area

  • Pass background check to qualify to drive a company vehicle

  • Inventory materials delivered to the shipping department

  • Loads or unloads materials onto or off pallets, skids, lifting device, or trucks

  • Fills fuel tank or replaces liquefied gas tank

  • Organize routine servicing and upkeep of machinery

  • Responsible for carrying out inspections of various equipment

  • Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job


What We’re Looking For



  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

  • Self- motivated and perform tasks with minimum supervision

  • Punctual and excellent attendance

  • Be available for overtime and emergency work

  • Pass forklift certification

  • Must be able to load/unload product safely using a forklift

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Wear company issued safety shirt, hard hat, steel toed boots, safety glasses and hearing protection



  • Ability to lift, carry, walk, constantly reach and bend frequently

  • Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with the same climate conditions of the region (Heat, humidity, etc.)
