The Intern role provides an opportunity to learn about various areas of the business such as client relations, finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, project management, reporting and data analytics, and sales support. Interns will work on various projects related to the area of assigned responsibility, providing input on processes and procedures. These internship positions are located in Trumbull, CT and we offer a hybrid work schedule.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leader(s) to provide administrative assistance, conduct research, collect data and support special projects
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Junior or Senior year of study in a bachelor's program
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and willing to contribute ideas and think beyond the task at hand
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Interest in a career in the health insurance industry
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
