Role reports to: Head of People, US Brand Growth

Location: Summit, NJ

Travel %: 5-10%

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 to $167,900. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The People Partner Business Leader, Skin Health and Beauty is responsible for shaping and delivering the HR agenda within their client group and actively supporting their business partners. This role does so by delivering coaching, talent management, organizational design and change management as well as other HR capabilities. This role supports the Skin Health and Beauty commercial organizations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the goals and objectives of the US Brand Growth & Brand Development teams.
  • Partner across the People team to ensure effective delivery of a rewarding employee experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address people-related challenges and opportunities inclusive of building a strong customer-facing team culture and moving talent through developmental experiences.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and promote a positive work culture.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on procedures and best practices.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent and align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support employees in understanding role expectations, team norms and ways of working.
  • Partner with leaders to grow diverse leadership, talent, and capability pipeline.
  • Use analytics tools to derive insights and inform talent and HR strategies in support of business goals.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Ability to provide guidance and support to management on HR issues.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and programs.
  • Experience coaching managers and employees.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use analytics tools to derive insights.
