Role reports to: GS Business Support Senior Manager

Location: Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.

Pay $92k-130k

What you will do

This role will provide financial leadership to the Transformation Management Office. This is a pivotal role to provide financial leadership managing the Our Vue Forward restructuring project with reporting, analysis, and financial insights for restructuring initiatives, with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities. The candidate will proactively understand and provide insights on trends, opportunities, and challenges to promote and influence business partners in decision-making. Key responsibilities of the role include helping shape transformation strategy and framing key management presentations. Key responsibilities include:



  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Work collaboratively with FP&A teams to consolidated financial reports and metrics related to restructuring initiative, including variance analysis, financial forecasts, and budget tracking of the projects.

  • Value Delivery and Headcount Tracking: Analyst will collaborate closely with People and Procurement function to Track and report on value delivery across a portfolio of projects.

  • External Reporting: Analyst will collaborate closely with technical accounting, consolidations, and external reporting team to update disclosures in quarterly and annual reporting.

  • Business Plan and Long-Range Financial Planning (LRFP): Collaborate with project teams to update and maintain business plans and LRFP, ensuring alignment with transformation goals and financial targets.

  • SOX Controls: Assist in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and regulations, particularly related to financial reporting and data integrity.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 5 years of finance, operations, or related business experience is required.
  • Strong Analytical & conceptual skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Must work well in a dynamic environment, recommend, and implement process improvements, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and other financial reporting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Requirements/Competencies:


  • An MBA is preferred.
