Responsibilities:
Support production and logistics by managing the movement, tracking, and inventory of materials across various departments.
Receive, store, and issue materials, parts, and tools to support manufacturing, flight test, and production teams.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload trucks and move inventory.
Monitor and update part and material status using automated systems.
Analyze and reconcile discrepancies in parts and materials to maintain inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to set priorities, expedite deliveries, and prevent production delays.
Assist with shipping and receiving functions and ensure timely material availability.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
1+ years of experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
1+ years of experience working in cross-functional team environments.
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a warehouse or production setting.
