The Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative, and Pain Medicine is seeking an Administrative Associate 2 to provide high profile, administrative and/or operational support forthe Chair's office, working under general supervision. The Administrative Associate 2 will play a vital role in providing support to the Vice Chair of Clinical Operations and the Chair's Office Support Administrator, serving as a key contributor in support of strategic planning initiatives. Key responsibilities include drafting high-stakes correspondence, processing and monitoring P-Card and T-Card transactions, arranging comprehensive travel itineraries (including flights, accommodations, and transportation), managing filing systems to ensure organized access to information, coordinating meetings, and acting as the primary liaison between the Vice Chair and internal/external stakeholders. This position entails working closely with the Vice Chair to develop, implement, and update policies and procedures that align with the organization's objectives. The expected pay range for this position is $31.79 to $37.96 per hour.
