POSITION SUMMARY

• Oversees the operations of Outpatient Services program(s), which may include Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and/or Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Program, including assessment, program development/implementation and treatment planning


• Interprets accreditation and regulatory standards and implements processes to ensure compliance for Outpatient Services program(s).


• Provides patient care as outlined in the Social Service staff job description when necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the department.


• Receives and responds to call inquiries and generalized questions regarding Outpatient Services.

EDUCATION

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field

EXPERIENCE

• Two (2) years program and/or service management experience working with clinical multidisciplinary teams preferred.


• One (1) year clinical supervisory experience and expertise in both mental health and substance abuse treatment preferred.
