Purpose
The Marketing Co-Op & Events Program Manager is responsible for managing co-op marketing activities across multiple suppliers, ensuring compliance with vendor guidelines, and facilitating reimbursement for approved activities. This role is also responsible for planning key company events, while also coordinating high-quality customer events and entertainment experiences. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills to track co-op spend, verify available funds, and document all required proofs for submission.
The Co-Op & Events Manager will collaborate with branch managers, sales team members, customers, and various internal teams to coordinate and execute co-op marketing efforts and events activities.
Key Responsibilities
Co-Op Management: Work with branches and customers to review and approve marketing activities requiring co-op funding, including verifying eligibility, available funds, and proof approvals.
Claim Processing & Reimbursement: Collect and submit necessary documentation (artwork, invoices, attendee lists) to vendors for reimbursement. Track spend to ensure branches and customers stay within their co-op allowance.
Accounting & Reporting: Accurately code all activities, collaborate with accounting teams on claims, and work with vendors to process credits. Maintain detailed records of all co-op transactions.
Marketing & Event Coordination: Assist with booking events, talent, and promotional items. Work with vendors and travel agencies as needed to execute marketing activities.
Promotional Item Management: Order promotional materials for branches and ensure proper documentation for reimbursement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with accounting, merchandising, marketing, and branch teams to ensure seamless execution of co-op initiatives.
Systems & Documentation: Utilize Excel, ServiceNow, and other tools to track and manage hundreds of claims annually, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.

Some experience with graphic design (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in marketing, event planning, administrative and/or finance related roles, with at least 5 years of experience. B2B experience preferred.
Associates Degree or previous experience in an administrative and event planning role.
Able and willing to work from the Reece Support Center to help build relationships across the organization and foster a world class team culture environment.
