Administrative Assistant
Boston, MA On-site, Hybrid after 6 months
Pay: $65k-$75k/yr
A client of Ultimate Staffing is currently hiring for a full time, permanent Admin Assistant for their Boston office. This position will offer a hybrid schedule after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for setting up all new matters and clients utilizing Firm software.
* Assign file numbers to all new matters and entering all new matter information.
* Verify all new matter information with existing matters and clients.
* Enter names of parties involved with each new matter in the system.
* Distribute month-end reports to various Firm partners.
* Serve as backup to the Conflicts Coordinator.
* Send new file data forms to Executive Director for approval.
* Update matter information as information is received, i.e., address changes, new contact names, etc.
* Set up timekeepers in the system.
Required Skills / Abilities:
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Clear communication and the ability to collaborate with others

* Detail-oriented
* Problem solver
* Previous Law firm experience preferred
Education and Experience:
* HS diploma or its equivalent
* Strong organizational skills
* Keyboard/typing proficiency
* Data entry experience
