Position Overview



Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Sales Center Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in Florida. The ideal candidate will be an organized and efficient individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional support to the sales team.

Responsibilities



  • Coordinate daily operations within the sales center, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, processing orders, and updating records.

  • Act as a liaison between sales staff and clients, providing prompt and professional assistance.

  • Maintain an organized filing system for client and sales documents.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.

  • Ensure the sales center is well-equipped with necessary supplies and materials.

  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities within the sales center.


Requirements



  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.


Work Hours



Tuesday - Sunday

Benefits
