Position Overview



Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Outreach Coordinator to join a dynamic team in San Marcos. This role involves engaging with prospective students, parents, and other constituents, providing them with essential enrollment information through various communication channels.

Responsibilities



Enrollment Outreach Coordinators use excellent customer service to provide timely and accurate enrollment information to prospective students, parents, and other constituents by telephone, email, text, and in-person in an interactive and high-energy work environment. This is accomplished through providing a high volume of outreach activity and contact efforts on new and existing inquiries interested in our graduate degree programs. They are monitored on metrics which include the quality of outbound calls and inbound calls, contact activity, program knowledge, attitude, working relationships, and communication.

Qualifications

• Education requirement is a Bachelor's Degree.

Required Work Hours



Monday to Friday, during the 1st shift.


Hybrid- work from home 2 days a week

Benefits



Ultimate Staffing Services offers a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour for this position.

Additional Details



This position offers a fixed pay rate, with a minimum and maximum pay of $24 per hour.
