Director of Enterprise Architecture (EA) Governance - Remote
Innova Solutions has an immediate need for Director of Enterprise Architecture (EA) Governance to work remotely:
This is direct hire, remote opening
Comp Range: $122,000 to $175,000 plus 25% bonus, total compensation package of $219K year
Must Have Experience:
Running an architecture review board
Thorough understanding of architecture modeling
EA communication and outreach function - how to communicate with stakeholders and organization
Must have managed an EA model repository before
5 yrs exp in this function, with extensive experience in architecture prior to a leadership role
Must have experience leading others
This role will have direct reports
Healthcare Industry experience required
Lead the development and enforcement of EA governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategies. Oversee a specialized team managing EA tools, governance operations, compliance, and metrics, while driving architectural excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain EA governance frameworks and policies.
Chair Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings and manage technical debt.
Mentor and develop a high performing, collaborative team.
Oversee EA tools, modeling standards, and compliance audits.
Shape EA communication strategies and lead change management efforts.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ in EA governance.
Proficiency in EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and ArchiMate 3.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range- $122,000 to $175,000 plus 25% bonus, total compensation package of $219K year range
