As an Operation Support / Control Room Coordinator, you will:
Job Description:
Job Title: Operation Support / Control Room Coordinator
Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid
Contract
This position will be an entry level Control room coordinator role - Monitor / Status overall progress against plans like testing, deployment checklists, milestones, upgrades, environment refreshes, dress rehearsals, cutover activities, checkpoint calls / notes, ad-hoc requests etc. across domestic and international ledgers and reg reporting. Flexible to work on either AM or PM shift and weekend support.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective communications
Multitasking and time management. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks effectively
Excellent presentation skills and knowledge on Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office (Projects, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with hosting and coordinating web-based meetings, status calls, communication and coordination channels to facilitate seamless coordination among multiple teams
Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures with instructional materials
Analytical thinking with the ability to make suggestions to improve operational efficiency
Desired Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a control room operations environment
Knowledge and exposure to the entire SDLC from Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Production Support
Experience in Automation to improve operational efficiency by streamlining the tasks and reducing the need for manual intervention
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective communications. Excellent presentation skills and knowledge on Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office (Projects, Excel, Outlook).

Pay Range: $20 - $21 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
