This role is dedicated to booking leads, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Duties:
Professionally handle incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and setting up sales appointments. Book leads by efficiently managing incoming inquiries and scheduling sales appointments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and database. Ensure customers have a positive and memorable experience from their first contact with us. Assist in providing necessary information to internal company resources. All other duties as necessary.
