EvolvOptic is looking for a Program Manager/ Opto-Mechanical Design Lead to build our program management capability and to lead our opto-mechanical design activity. This position will be a key part of our leadership team.
Base Pay and Benefits: Annual base salary of $120,000 with performance-based bonus.
Program Manager/ Opto-Mechanical Design Lead
Duties:
Lead Program Management
Establish and lead Program Management Team (processes, metrics, etc.)
Serve as a Program Manager for special projects
Support proposals for custom optics and special projects
Serve as primary interface with customer for special projects
Supports BD for growth in special projects
Lead Opto-Mech Eng team
Mechanical design of mirrors/ optics
Mounting design
Component level WFE budgeting
STE design and build
Serve on EvolvOptic leadership team driving current and future company performance and capabilities
Skillsets:
Significant experience in Program Management
Experience in opto-mechanical engineering
Versant in optical fabrication and optical testing
Experience leading optics projects
Experience presenting to internal and external stake holders
Experience managing teams
Qualifications:
4-year degree in optical, mechanical, and electrical engineer
15 years' experience in precision optical component market
