Sierra Executive Solutions, Inc. (SES) is a 3rd party search firm recruiting for a SaaS manufacturing client's Executive Assistant to support the President/CEO. This is a 32-hour a week position to start.
They are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join their organization. Responsibilities
Proactive and efficiently responsible for executive administrative support to CEO / President's calendar
Manage worldwide international travel and accommodation schedules
Schedule meetings, develop agendas and managing attendance and responses, for in-person and on-line corporate meetings
Responsible for managing meeting logistics including venues, video conferencing and audio-visual tools
Schedule and manage the company's Board of Directors meeting schedules and logistics as well as various Board of Directors committees meetings
Coordinate various Executive Staff and Management Staff Meetings
Providing expense report support
Draft communications targeted at all levels of internal and external recipients
Conduct research, assemble data and analyze information to prepare reports
Assist Office Manager in corporate event planning, employee morale and team building events
Manage CEO / President's email
NDA Filing
Gathering and collating information and data for presentations
Assist in creating/modifying PowerPoint presentations
Conduct research, assemble data and analyze information to prepare reports
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years professional experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Level Executive
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite to include PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Excel and MS Teams and willingness to work with and learn new technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to meeting expectations for quality and accuracy
A commitment to the highest degree of discretion and respect for confidentiality
Proven ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships
