The Director serves as the manager and leader of simulation-based learning for the University. The Director serves as an educator ensuring the quality, integrity, and defined standards within the ELC. Bachelor degree in a health sciences related field with teaching experience in a clinical setting or higher education is required. Master degree in a health-related field with at least three years of experience working with development and execution of simulations in lab setting preferred. Certification in Simulation Education or willingness to obtain the certification upon hire. A clinical license is preferred. Relevant professional experience in a clinical environment with significant exposure to direct patient care required.
