Duties: The Clinical Research Project Manager will implement and oversee the daily operations of conducting clinical research trials in the Division of Gyn Oncology Clinical Research Unit. The incumbent will provide support to the research coordination staff in the Gyn Onc CRU, and will assist in the coordination of all projects. The Research Project Manager will work closely with the research staff (coordinators, research assistants, and regulatory staff), investigators, pharmacists and clinical staff to integrate research activities into the clinical flow. She/he will be responsible for personnel management of the research team, including performance reviews and time management. He/she will report to and support the director of clinical research operations in all aspects of clinical trial development within the division.
Qualifications: A Master's degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience working in Oncology is a plus.
