The HR Solution Analyst will provide cross-functional support within HR and Payroll operations, including HR Operations, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Reporting/Analytics. This role will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy, enhancing system functionality, and supporting various HR projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and generate reports to support HR operations and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Handle sensitive employment data with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Collect, analyze, and present data from multiple sources to management-level individuals.
Manage and prioritize HR data requests from internal and external clients, ensuring timely responses.
Actively participate in HR system implementations and projects, providing subject matter expertise and support.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps to ensure streamlined and consistent processes.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and ease of administrative tasks.
Perform regular audits to validate data accuracy and ensure information is up-to-date.
Test and validate system enhancements and functionality during system upgrades.
Develop a working knowledge of payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payroll completion.
Analyze and input payroll data, ensuring compliance with state and federal wage and hour laws.
Prepare comprehensive reports on payroll, hours worked, overtime, tax and benefits deductions, and other metrics.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in human resources operations or payroll administration is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
Experience with HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related systems is desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
Results-driven and proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement.

The approximate starting pay rate is $70,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities
