The Team

The position of the IT Service Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist is to be part of the core operations team to support all US and International users by email, telephone and/or remote tools for all Onboarding/Offboarding related tasks. The specialist is responsible for understanding, interpreting all onboarding and offboarding requests, providing documentation and resolution for our internal knowledge base. Will provide diagnosis, resolution, or escalation to service desk team members, engineering and/or applications development groups using our incident management system. A candidate for employment must demonstrate both great customer service skills and the ability to partner within the team.The candidate must be able to set an expectation level for an issue and deliver on that expectation, The specialist must be able to be self-sufficient and able to manage their own and the team workload.

How you will contribute


  • Perform User account management (Active Directory), perform administrative tasks (Office365 Admin Center)

  • Imaging + laptop configuration for new hires and utilizing incident knowledge base (ServiceNow)

  • Working with business and HR operations leaders to achieve deliverables

  • Analyze, diagnose, document, resolve and, escalate issues raised by business stakeholders or IT

  • Assist other departments within IT; engineering/service desk with applications/hardware issues

  • Respond to all user operations inquiries globally including primary office location

  • Support and troubleshooting include supporting: MS O365 Suites, Commvault, (Cisco Call Manager CUCM & Cisco Unity), Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, Shared Drive/Folder permissions, Intune and Azure AD.

Qualifications


  • College background in the technology field (Preferred)

  • 1-3 years of support role experience in help desk support services (Preferable)

  • Proven background with customer service and able to handle stressful / time-sensitive situations

  • Fundamental understanding of PC hardware/software and connectivity components

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 & Exchange

  • Excellent communication skills and relationship management

  • Ability to work in a team environment with global team members and time-zones

The salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
