How you will contribute

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in digital transformation and change management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing software development projects and driving change within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage complex digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage projects, adapting as necessary to meet project needs and deliver optimal results.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of project goals.

  • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and post-project reviews.

  • Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring they are identified early and addressed promptly.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all project processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation and software development projects.

  • Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

  • Proven experience in change management and driving organizational change.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and reliable communication skills.

Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $125,000 - $145,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
