Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Technology Strategy Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that supports the organization's objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee technology projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Technical Solution professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Systems Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Quickbase enhancements with existing processes, optimizing performance and usability.
  • Cybersecurity: Oversee cybersecurity initiatives to protect the organization's data and systems from threats, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to the organization.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for technology-related matters, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


Our Associate Director-Technology II, earns between $155,400.00 - $261,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
