Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate sanders to smooth surfaces of wood.


• Do any touch ups as needed to remove defects.


• Inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning


• Do the proper sanding process to ensure quality and efficiency


• Clean equipment and work area.


• Follow safety procedures

Abilities:

• Be able to lift 50lbs.


• Operate sanding tools.


• Ability to read instructions.


• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.


• Attention to detail and to identify and correct imperfections


• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
