Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Divisional Capabilities Trainer to join our team in Raleigh, NC.

We also create our own beverages, producing and distributing them to our customers' warehouses nationally. And we make, sell, and distribute to our customers' warehouses a growing portfolio of beverages nationally. These beverages make up a small, but growing part of our business.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for Front Line and Mid Level Functional and Leadership training. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, continuously improving, and ensuring the right capabilities and skills to build and maintain a BEST IN CLASS Organization to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES


  • Develop and lead the implementation, continuous improvement, mentoring, and management of the Certified Trainer Program across all assigned functional areas.

  • Ensures employees selected or nominated for Certified Trainers are effective in their roles and effective in training others.

  • Develops and conducts Certified Trainer certification classes.

  • Conducts ongoing Certified Trainer classes to ensure consistent, up-to-date, effective, and efficient skills are being developed with new employees.

  • Conducts "work withs" with Certified Trainers to ensure effective and consistent new employee training.

  • Delivers and manages the compelling and engaging capabilities training initiatives to educate New and front-line employees on PBV & Suntory, pertinent skills, and information regarding their assigned roles and responsibilities and for their growth and development.

  • Conducts PREMIER training and Train the Trainer.

  • Conducts Business Acumen Training including but not limited to SMART, UXT, SAP S/4 & SAC, WMS, Anti Trust, Strategic Selling, Sales Negotiation, select Business Acumen, and Analytics.

  • Assist Capability Development Team with all platforms of mid-level management training such as but not limited to: Effective Leadership and Coaching, DiSC, People Mgt. skills, Effective Performance Evaluations, Leading Through Change/Multi-Generational Workforce, PBV Leadership for New Managers, What's my Communication Style, and Effective Interviewing.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create and update training manuals to effectively build organizational capability that reduces turnover.

  • Develop and create impactful and relevant training materials.

  • Identify potential training inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience.

  • Manage and ensure that all required and selected training is delivered to employees. Report any exceptions or past-due training.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


  • High school diploma or GED and Five (5) years experience in a related field or industry.

  • Two to three (2-3) years experience in developing, leading, and managing training.

  • Experience using Workday is a plus

  • Effective Presentation Skills.

  • Beverage Industry Knowledge preferred

  • Thorough Business Acumen and Analytics Knowledge.

  • Proficient in developing and creating training materials and content.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Be able to display professionalism, tact, and discretion.

  • Ability to develop and execute action plans.

  • Have computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Able to travel constantly inside of a division with occasional overnight.
