Salary: $130,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Are you a hands-on leader with expertise in facilities maintenance and equipment repair within a distribution center operation? Do you have the skills to keep operations running smoothly while managing a team? Our client, a Fortune 100 $60 Bil Distributor, is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee their maintenance and custodial teams, ensuring their facility stays safe, compliant, and efficient.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise a 30-person team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  
• Perform and oversee complex building repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
  
• Maintain and service HVAC, refrigeration, and warehouse equipment to minimize downtime.
  
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external contractors.
  
• Keep accurate records of work orders, inspections, and inventory.
  

✅ What You Bring:

• 
  6+ years of experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
  
• 
  5+ years working with commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
  
  
• 
  2+ years of experience working in a distribution center (foodservice preferred).
  
• 
  HVAC Technical Certification and Freon refrigeration certification.
