Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting functions.


• Gather Retail Operations data from various databases, platforms, stakeholders, and third-party vendors for analysis.


• Transform large data sets through data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and predictive modeling.


• Utilize Power BI (and other data visualization tools) to create and maintain custom reports and dashboards, highlighting trends and correlations in large data sets.


• Implement row-level security in Power BI (and other data visualization tools) to ensure secure viewing of reports for designated job levels and locations.


• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and improve processes.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and execute department and enterprise-wide strategic objectives and initiatives.


• Identify and communicate data-related issues and recommendations to business owners, managers, and the team.


• Provide data insights and solutions to leaders to drive decision-making.

• Python/R


• SQL


• Power BI (especially with DAX)

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize and solidify client data processes and quality.


• Assist in developing business reporting.


• Increase data availability, standardization, and automation processes.


• Problem-solve and investigate issues.


• Participate in all phases of system testing.


• Work successfully in an Agile project across multiple feature and component teams.


• Complete estimates and work plans in Program Increments (PI) Meetings for design, development, implementation, and rollout tasks.
