Job Title: Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist / Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist



Job Type: Full-time, 4-day workweek (9.5-hour shifts, 7 AM - 5 PM)



Compensation:

• 
  Hourly Pay: $36.50

  Housing Stipend: $770 weekly

  Meals and Incidentals: $476 weekly

About the Role



We are seeking a skilled Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CVIS) with direct experience in the cardiac cath lab. In this role, you will play a vital part in our specialized procedures, assisting physicians and ensuring patient safety throughout the process. Note: No STEMI call is required.




Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with cardiac catheterization (cath), PCI (STEMI), and a variety of procedures, including peripheral vascular, pacemaker insertion, and interventional radiology.
  
  


• Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data.
  
  


• Provide procedural assistance to physicians during pre-, intra-, and post-procedure stages.
  
  


• Assess and manage access sites, informing physicians as needed.
  
  


• Prepare patients for procedures and adhere to on-call protocols.
  
  

Qualifications




Skills & Experience:

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist (RT) or CVT with RCIS certification (preferred).
  
  


• BLS, ACLS, and IABP experience required.
  
  


• Proficient in both scrubbing and monitoring procedures in the cardiac cath lab.
  
  


• Direct and current experience in a cath lab is a must.
  
  

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
