Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and laundry operations


• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met throughout the facility


• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain high-quality service
  


• Monitor inventory and order supplies to ensure efficient operations
  


• Conduct inspections to uphold safety and infection control standards


• Work closely with the facility leadership team to ensure a positive environment for residents

• 
  Previous housekeeping supervisory experience required (healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience preferred)


• Strong leadership and team management skills
  


• Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
  


• Excellent organizational and communication skills
  


• Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment
