As the Director Distribution, you will be a key leader within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies across the region. You will manage and guide a team of sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your goal will be to expand our market presence and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with the company’s objectives.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Act as the primary point of contact for major customers, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
Tracks monthly, quarterly and annual sales activities and performance. Evaluates performance and takes necessary actions to keep sales on a growth track.
Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to optimize customer experience and product offerings.

Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales within Europe
Strong knowledge of European markets and business culture.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be based in a EU country ALS operates in (entity) and needs ability to travel frequently within Europe as required.
Proficiency in English and at least one other European language is preferred.
